a simple receipt

I made omelet with tomato this afternoon

The receipt
• 1 egg
• 1 tomato
• Smash onion and garlic

The step

• Cut tomato in slices
• Add half of tea spoon of onion and garlic (make garlic more than the onion)
• Mix it

• Add the egg

• Mix it

• Fry it in middle hot oil
